To transact, please register first by bringing a valid government-issued ID, such as a KTP, Driver’s License (SIM), Passport, KITAS, KITAP, or other official identification issued by the Indonesian government. If you have not registered before, please do so at our nearest branch; once registered, you can transact at any of our branches. Simply contact us to agree on the price and amount, complete the payment, and your foreign currency will be ready for pickup.

The exchange rates offered are generally better than those obtained at your destination country or through credit card usage. Furthermore, the foreign currency you receive is ready for immediate use upon arrival. This is particularly useful as not all transactions in destination countries can be processed via online payments or credit cards.

AJS Money Changer only sells banknotes that are fit for circulation and accepted as legal tender in their respective countries of origin.

Once registered, customers can monitor live rates online and have the privilege of confirming or "locking" transaction deals via telephone.

It means that once a transaction is agreed upon, the foreign currency is available for immediate pickup. If our team provides a quote, it signifies that the currency is ready and prepared for you.

AJS Money Changer ensures full transparency for our customers. The rates displayed on our electronic boards match the rates at the counter, and the rates shown on our website are consistent with those provided via telephone.

There is no minimum purchase limit as long as the requested foreign currency denomination is available in our stock.

For transactions exceeding a monthly threshold of USD 25,000 (or its equivalent), supporting "underlying" documentation is required in accordance with current regulations.

Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer.
