To access our services, you must register by providing accurate information and your current mobile number. Registration can be completed either in person at any AJS branch or through our official WhatsApp Customer Service. You are required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification (KTP, Passport, KITAB/KITAS, or Driver's License) and provide full personal details, including your name, address, phone number, date of birth, identity number, nationality, and gender.
You must be at least 17 years old to access and use our services.
You are responsible for all mobile data plan charges as well as any other costs and taxes arising from the use of our services. We reserve the right to charge for our Services, including any applicable taxes. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders. Please note that we do not provide refunds for our services.
The process of confirming exchange rates via WhatsApp or telephone constitutes a final and definitive agreement. Any rates and transactions agreed upon through these official communication channels are the sole and full responsibility of the user. Once a "deal" or confirmation is reached, the transaction is considered binding based on the agreed terms.
